Born and raised in Miami, Captain Phil Alves developed his passion for fishing and boating at an early age. That passion eventually became a career as a commercial fisherman, where he spent years working the waters of South Florida and developing firsthand knowledge of boats and the marine environment.
After his career in commercial fishing, Phil founded Alves Yacht Management and brought that experience into professional yacht management, marine care, and private captain services.
Today, he combines his background on the water with a 100-Ton Master’s Captain’s License to serve boat owners throughout South Florida and beyond.
